Gunas is a growing luxury bags brand based in New York. Being committed to the environment, they only use eco leather and return a percent of their income to various NGOs.

I designed a modern website that embraces the brand’s appeal for luxury. Though some minor design compromise had to be done with the client, the result is not half-bad.

Thy Veils | Website

Almost ten years ago I bought Thy Veils‘ “The Diaphanous Depressions”; it was the first audio CD I owned (still have it here in my growing collection). You can imagine how I felt when the man behind this ambient musical project, Daniel Dorobantu, asked me to do a new Thy Veils website. Daniel is also a very talented photographer and since his music and imagery are strongly related we decided to build a simple, minimal, website which would reflect this link between his audio-visual works.

This darker, flash website for Romanian alt-rock band Luna Amara is not used any more but we left it online as it has a nice gritty feeling which is basically impossible to replicate in a html website. You can check out their new website, also designed nd developed by me.

Negura Bunget is of the few Romanian bands lucky enough to be successful in foreign countries. They recently started an ambitious project titled “Transilvanian Trilogy” which is comprised of 3 music albums each of them completed by a documentary feature film. We are working together on the web presence for this project, currently in its’ last stages of development.
